Terms of Service
Last updated: April 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dashbrd platform provided by Dashbrd, Inc. (“Dashbrd,” “we,” or “us”) at dashbrd.ai and the Dashbrd Collector browser extension (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@dashbrd.ai of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR Article 6, or similar laws.
- Scrape or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service itself.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants’ data, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any individual.
3. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Otter.ai, People Data Labs, Clearbit, and ZeroBounce). Your use of those integrations is governed by each provider’s own terms. You represent that you have authority to connect those accounts to Dashbrd.
Specifically, the Dashbrd Collector extension reads publicly-displayed content from web pages you view in your own authenticated browser session (e.g. LinkedIn profiles, Gmail threads). LinkedIn’s User Agreement restricts automated collection; while court precedent (hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn) holds that scraping publicly accessible pages does not violate the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, LinkedIn may still restrict accounts that appear to automate activity. You use the extension at your own risk and agree to the usage limits set out in the Extension Terms.
4. Your content & data
You retain all rights to data you upload to or create in Dashbrd (“Your Data”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you and your tenant. We do not sell Your Data. We do not train general-purpose AI models on Your Data.
5. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based fees (e.g. email-verification credits, data-enrichment calls) are billed as incurred.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all underlying software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is the property of Dashbrd and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@dashbrd.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others, or fail to pay. We will delete Your Data within 30 days of termination unless required by law to retain it.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Data accuracy depends on the public and third-party sources ingested; we do not warrant that any given email, phone number, or contact record is accurate or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashbrd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total cumulative liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid Dashbrd in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dashbrd harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Your Data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify active users.
13. Contact
For legal notices, contact legal@dashbrd.ai. For general support, support@dashbrd.ai.
